WASL Card - GSM Prepaid Service

• Must be purchased from any Etisalat Office.
• Needs a passport copy and contact address (with fixed line tel. number) in the UAE, but can be purchased by non-residents.
• The card can be used to for international calls and can make and receive calls while roaming in selected international countries as long as there are enough units available for the international charges.
• Once the units are used up, you may receive calls and messages, but not make outbound calls, and you are not required to recharge within a required time.
• The card expires after one year if it is not renewed.
• WASL refill cards can be purchased from supermarkets and gas stations or units can be re-filled at machines located in major shopping centers, with a minimum of 50AED ($13.50)
